Within these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and all other guidelines and instructions, LLC A.K. V. Iverieli Endocrinology, Metabolism and Dietology Center 'Enmedic' shall hereinafter be referred to as "enmedic.ge".
The terms and conditions for using enmedic.ge, including any updates and additional regulations, constitute a unified document and shall be considered a single agreement between the website and the user. Upon registration on the website, the user agrees to and acknowledges these terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and consents to be legally bound by them.
If the user does not agree with the content of enmedic.ge's legal documents, they may refrain from using the website. However, enmedic.ge encourages users to provide feedback via email. By creating an account on the website, users can book doctor appointments, request home lab services, and utilize other services and offers listed on enmedic.ge. Each service request made by the user constitutes a separate service transaction between the authorized user and LLC Enmedic. Upon booking, the type of service, its cost, and delivery method are generated.
To use any service on enmedic.ge, users must register by filling out the registration form and providing: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and password. Registration may occur during or prior to receiving the service by selecting "Log In" from the main menu.
The user confirms and guarantees that the provided information is accurate and complete, that they are legally capable and over 18, that they will not use another person's identifying information to register, will not use offensive or degrading names, will not spread false information, will not impersonate others, will not infringe rights by illegal or harmful actions, will not use tools to extract information or interfere with the website's operation, will respect intellectual property, and will not use another user's account or attempt to access another user's login information.
To book an appointment or request home lab services, new users must register. Registered users can also book appointments for minors under 18 by using the "New Patient" flow and providing name, surname, ID number, country of issuance, and date of birth. After selecting a service, the user is redirected to a payment page. Before payment, users must verify their information; Enmedic.ge is not liable for errors or delays due to incorrect or incomplete information. Users can check service status in their personal accounts. Enmedic.ge reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
Users can receive purchased services during the clinic’s working days and hours. Appointments can only be booked based on available time slots on the website.
Payment may be made by cash or cashless methods. After selecting a service, the user is redirected to a payment gateway to enter card details; payment requests are processed and confirmed by the bank. Enmedic.ge does not have access to the payment page or the user's card information. Upon successful payment, the system will confirm the transaction and the user will receive booking confirmation via email and SMS.
If more than 24 hours remain before the service, users may cancel and receive a full refund within 2 business days. If less than 24 hours remain, cancellation and refund are not available, but the booking date can be rescheduled.
If enmedic.ge finds a violation of these terms or detects false information, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account via notice sent to the user's email. Users receiving such a notice should contact enmedic.ge for clarification.
Enmedic.ge implements security measures but is not liable for unauthorized access or damages caused by third parties. By registering, users confirm they are over 18 and use the website voluntarily at their own risk. Enmedic.ge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance of the site or services. The company is not liable for damages caused by negligence or third parties gaining access to user credentials. Enmedic.ge disclaims all liability for user-caused violations and limits its legal liability to the cost of the disputed service. Enmedic.ge is not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties (ISPs, mobile operators, etc.).
The website content may change or be removed without prior notice. Enmedic.ge may refuse services that it deems unlawful. Users are prohibited from using the site for illegal purposes, unauthorized access, or misuse of content that may harm enmedic.ge’s interests.
By registering, users agree to receive promotional content about services, products, and offers. They may unsubscribe at any time via email.

Any use of the trademark or materials without written consent is strictly prohibited. Purchasing services does not transfer any intellectual property rights. These terms come into force upon user agreement and remain valid until the user account is deactivated. The agreement may be terminated by law, these terms, or by the user upon settling all outstanding obligations with enmedic.ge.
Enmedic.ge is not responsible for external websites linked on its platform. External content, policies, and terms may differ. Users are advised to review external policies before use.
These terms are governed by Georgian law. Parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to Tbilisi City Court. Invalidation of any provision does not invalidate the entire document.
Enmedic.ge reserves the right to unilaterally change or add to this document at any time by publishing updates on the website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
