Customer Support Specialist

Quickly identifying and resolving issues
Redirecting customers to the appropriate department when necessary
Providing detailed information about products and services
Collecting customer feedback and contributing to service quality improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibility and attention to detail
Friendly and helpful attitude toward customers
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Basic knowledge of computer programs and CRM systems is preferred
