Customer Support Specialist

  • Quickly identifying and resolving issues

  • Redirecting customers to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Providing detailed information about products and services

  • Collecting customer feedback and contributing to service quality improvement


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsibility and attention to detail

  • Friendly and helpful attitude toward customers

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of computer programs and CRM systems is preferred
